Discovery phase
It all starts with a dialogue. You describe your project, and we ask you additional questions to make sure we understand your vision. After we define the project’s goal, we will create an estimate.
Sprint planning
Once you’re happy with the vision we’ve created together, you’ll meet the team and we can start working. Here are some deliverables we’ll need to determine:

The first sprint will start with the initial setup of the environment and establishing the basics for the best quality outcomes. We will catch up daily to get updates on sprint tasks and feedback on reviews. After each sprint cycle, we like to do retrospective work to go through everything we’ve done and see what requires improvement. We will always discuss the implemented deliverables and seek your final approval before marking them as ready.
We want to make sure every code we use in your application is aligned with your vision and goals. Mistakes happen, but we try to minimize the risk through prompt and effective communication. Our project manager will always be there to facilitate your communication with the team and receive your feedback.

If your project requires UI/UX design, we will bring our designers on board. Our designer will prepare the wireframes and will work on them with you. Only after there’s a mutual agreement between you and the developers, the designer will prepare the final user interface.
Development
This is the stage where everything is starting to take a tangible form. After the design and tasks have been approved, they’re coded with maximum attention to quality.
Quality Assurance
When the feature or task is complete, we want to make 100% sure it works smoothly across all devices and browsers. We use Technical Testing, Functional Testing, Exploratory Testing, Cross-Platform Testing, and Accessibility Testing ensure there are no issues.
Code Review
This step is crucial to provide a solid and long-lasting outcome. Our developers and tech leads will carefully review the work, leaving comments and suggesting updates.
